End User License Agreement

What anyIP SDK Does#

anyIP SDK is a software component inside the app you installed. If — and only if — you accept its consent screen, it uses your device's internet connection and IP address to route requests from business customers of ELEGANT NETWORKS PTE. LTD. (which also operates anyip.io) to publicly available websites. This uses some of your bandwidth and may use CPU, battery, and mobile data, only while your device is idle. Websites visited this way see your device's IP address. Your internet or mobile contract may restrict sharing your connection commercially — check your provider's terms. You can stop at any time: turn sharing off in the app's settings, uninstall the app, or use our web opt-out page.

Before utilizing anyIP SDK, please review this License thoroughly. This License takes effect only when you affirmatively accept it on the anyIP SDK consent screen — never by mere use of the Primary Application. If these terms are not acceptable to you, do not accept the consent screen.

Definitions#

• Primary Application - The primary application you installed, within which anyIP SDK operates.
• Software Development Kit (SDK) - Denotes the software package incorporated within the Primary Application. With your explicit consent, the SDK routes requests from our business customers through your device's internet connection and IP address to publicly accessible websites. Resource usage occurs exclusively during idle device periods, so it does not impact user experience or application performance.

Age Requirements#

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to enable anyIP SDK. By accepting the consent screen, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Restrictions#

You agree to refrain from (and will not enable others to) license, sell, rent, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, share, or commercially utilize the SDK. Distribution to third parties is not permitted.

Modifications#

ELEGANT NETWORKS PTE. LTD. maintains the right to alter, temporarily cease, or permanently discontinue the SDK or its related services without prior notice and liability.

Duration and Dissolution#

This License is effective until terminated by either you or ELEGANT NETWORKS PTE. LTD.. ELEGANT NETWORKS PTE. LTD. may terminate this License at its discretion without notice. You may dissolve this License at any time by disabling anyIP SDK through the Primary Application's settings, by removing the Primary Application and all its copies from your devices, or via our web opt-out page.

Severability#

Should any section of this agreement be deemed unenforceable or invalid, it will be adjusted to the extent necessary to align with applicable law while the remaining provisions remain in full force.

Amendments to this Agreement#

ELEGANT NETWORKS PTE. LTD. may amend this License. If a change materially affects what you consented to, you will be asked to consent again through the anyIP SDK consent screen before the change applies to you.

Privacy Policy#

By enabling anyIP SDK, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability#

In no event shall ELEGANT NETWORKS PTE. LTD., its affiliates, or their licensors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the SDK, even if ELEGANT NETWORKS PTE. LTD. has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, use, data, or other intangibles.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction#

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The parties hereby expressly agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore for the resolution of any disputes arising from this Agreement or related to the use of the SDK. Each party consents to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waives any argument that any such court does not have jurisdiction over such party or dispute or that the venue in any such forum is not appropriate or convenient.

Any dispute arising under this Agreement not resolved by good faith negotiation between the parties will be submitted to binding arbitration in Singapore. The prevailing party in any arbitration or court action shall be entitled to recover its reasonable attorneys' fees and costs.
