We index public web data from large websites - typically e-commerce, travel, consumer brands, etc. These websites are indexed to keep our large datasets up to date.

Since we create the original requests to specific websites, we know what URLs are visited at all times. Irrespective to the above and as an additional layer of security, we use leading 3rd party web-filtering software to ensure only allowed sites may be indexed.

We get the same web content that any normal user will see when visiting a webpage from his phone. For example:

• If a device has our SDK installed and is online, we count it as ‘active’ (doesn’t matter if we actually sent traffic through it or not).
• At the end of each day, we have the total number of unique active devices.
• We pay for every unique device, every day - so at the end of the month we add up the daily totals.
• We multiply that total by your rate.
